The aim of the course is to inspire and train young people to live radical Christian lives. Everyone is encouraged to deepen his relationship with God and to develop loving relationships with others through:
- Daily personal prayer and bible study
- Group prayer time
- Team worship
- Group bible study and discussion
- Open and honest relating
- Serving one another

Personal mentoring is also given throughout the course to support and challenge recruits.
